A unique feature of the HÁDA webshop is that only one item of each product is available. Therefore, it has become crucial that once a product is added to a customer’s shopping cart, it cannot be purchased by anyone else while the reservation is active. To this end, we have developed a:

  • Websocket server-based product booking system: this solution enables real-time data communication between server and client, ensuring that bookings are instantly validated and visible in real time to all users.
  • Integration with the mobile app: the system offers the same functionality not only on the web interface, but also in the mobile app, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

This solution is particularly important for a business where unique products are a priority, as customers can feel secure about their reservations and the company can minimise misunderstandings and complaints.

In the spirit of increasing customer satisfaction and commitment to sustainability, the customer requested the possibility to combine orders. This feature allows you to:

  • Customers can place several orders within a certain timeframe and then combine them into one shipment.

  • The company will reduce its transport ecological footprint, a significant step towards sustainability.

  • GLS Parcel Terminal and Parcel Point, Foxpost, MPL PostaPoint and Parcel Terminal: for flexible pick-up.

The HÁDA webshop has significantly increased its online presence thanks to a combination of unique developments and modern technologies. The results include:

Opening up Romania

The webshop will also open in Romania in 2024. Under Magento, this meant a new website with the same product range as the Hungarian store. Accordingly, it had to ensure the extension of the shopping cart booking, the integration of different currencies, languages, payment and delivery solutions. We also extended the ERP integration according to the Romanian store view.
